The Metrowest Wellness Center is located directly on Route 9, Westbound side. It’s located about 20 miles west of Cambridge and 20 miles east of Worcester.
You’re getting close when you see: Whole Foods (575 Worcester Road) and Staples (659 Worcester Road). Staples is located in the last major shopping center before the Wellness Center.
Stay to your RIGHT on Route 9 and take the exit ramp towards Framingham State College (Route 30). The Wellness Center is at the beginning of the exit lane with an immediate turn into the parking lot.
Walk in the front entrance to the Center and take the door to the right of the elevators (has sign "Keep Door Closed"). You will see overhead signs indicating "Main Registration", "MRI", and "Rehab Pool".
Follow the first hallway on your right under the sign "Rehab Pool". The pool is at the end of the hall on your left.
